GENERAL INFO

In order to complete the booking, and according to the company policy, it is necessary for you to provide full details of all participants (Full Name, Date and Place of Birth) as they are shown on your Passport(s)/ID(s) (depending on the cruise type you have selected). It is also necessary to provide an Emergency Contact (friend or relative) and full contact details (Full name and mobile number) of this person.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they fulfil all passport and visa requirements for all countries visited during the cruise and when travelling to and from the port of embarkation/disembarkation.
EU citizens need a full passport which must be valid for a minimum of six months beyond their return.
A passport is also required for all European sailings (exception: citizens of Schengen States cruising on itineraries that do not leave EU territory).
During most cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line personnel will need to retain your passport. You therefore have to carry a second government-issued photo ID with you at all times. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to provide all necessary documentation. 
Guests are not entitled to a refund if entry into any foreign territory or boarding is denied due to lack of proper documents. 
If you would like to go ashore in Russia (St. Petersburg) independently, i.e. not as part of an organized Shore Excursion by Norwegian Cruise Line, you need to obtain a valid tourist visa prior to your cruise.

Our measures against COVID-19

 The safety and well-being of guests and team members are Norwegian Cruise Line's number one priority. The company has a Chief Medical Officer on staff as well as dozens of medical professionals throughout its fleet, and it continues to consult with The World Health Organisation (WHO) and the U.S. Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to make the best decisions possible and take appropriate action as needed.

Norwegian Cruise Line is very proud of the protocols and preventative measures it has in place to address concerns regarding COVID-19. In addition to extensive cleaning and disinfection protocols on board all voyages and health screenings of passengers and crew members, the Company has been denying boarding to guests who have travelled from, visited or transited via high-risk areas; and it has modified several sailings to avoid areas of concern.

At the current time, our plans are to avoid any area that is denoted as a 'Level 4 - do not travel' area by the State Department at the time of voyage. We will modify any itinerary visiting those areas approximately 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid last-minute changes. As always, we will continue to monitor all State Department advisories and take appropriate action as necessary.

Take a long walk at downtown waterfront, a broad sidewalk along the harborfront with shops, eateries (fish and chips is always a favorite) and wooden piers, make a stop at Seattle Aquarium and take a ride on Seattle Great Wheel, a 175- foot tall Ferris wheel, which offers magnificent views.

A living proof of the town's key position as a Russian settlement, is St. Michael's Cathedral, an active Russian Orthodox Church with the distinctive onion- shaped domes. You will be greeted by native Tlingit people, who have lived continuously in Sitka for over 50 centuries, you will see totems carved by the masterful hands of Tlingit and Haida Indians at Sitka National Historical Park and you can enjoy a performance by the New Archangel Dancers, who preserve the heritage by delivering spirited dance renditions that represent the cultures of Russia and surrounding areas.

Juneau is the capital city of Alaska, one of America’s most beautiful capital. There’s also a wealth of cultural attractions, including museums (Juneau-Douglas City Museum), historical sites (the house of Alaska's Pioneer Judge, James Wickersham, built in 1898 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places), art galleries, events, festivals and plenty of local shopping. Visitors can also experience incredible outdoor activities, like
glacier flightseeing, whale watching, fishing and kayaking amidst the stunning Alaskan landscape. Don't miss a photo with Patsy Ann, a Bull Terrier, born i 1929 stone deaf (from birth), but she somehow "heard" the whistles of approaching ships -long before they came into sight- and headed at a fast trot for the wharf, to welcome them.
