GENERAL INFO

  • In order to complete the booking, and according to the company policy, it is necessary for you to provide full details of all participants (Full Name, Date and Place of Birth) as they are shown on your Passport(s)/ID(s) (depending on the cruise type you have selected). It is also necessary to provide an Emergency Contact (friend or relative) and full contact details (Full name, Phone Number Mobile/Landline) of this person.
  • A valid passport is required for this cruise and visa (please check for Visa).
  • In order to confirm a booking a 45% deposit is require of the booking total. Balance must be paid 45 days prior to departure date. For the World Cruise, full payment is required no later than 60 days prior to departure. Any booking made in the period of less than 45 days full payment of the booking is required.
  • You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and for complying with Customs and Immigration requirements. Guest without proper travel documents will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of cruise fare will be given to any guest failing to bring such documentation.
  • In order to avoid problems at departure, we kindly ask you to carefully check the validity of your documents and to be in possession of what is required for the cruise. If any guest does not possess the required documentation they will be denied boarding their flight/cruise and cancellation penalties will be applied.

Hotel Service Charge 

During your cruise you will meet staff throughout the ship who provide you with excellent service . They are supported by just as many staff and crew who work hard behind the scenes to ensure you enjoy every moment onboard. The hotel service charge is mandatory and integral part of the price. The charge per person can be paid onboard at the end of the cruise or prepaid at at the time of booking. Service charges do not apply to children under 2 years of age old at the time of the cruise departure date.

The small town of Hellesylt, on the southwest coast of Norway is the gateway to the scenic wonders of the Geirangerfjord district. Visitors are enchanted by this old Viking port, which is surrounded by a dramatic landscape also offers stunning vistas of mountains, waterfalls and fast-flowing rivers teeming with salmon, an impressive scenery that inspired Henrik Ibsen’s play "Brand". At over 4000 feet above sea level, the summit of Mt. Dalsnibba offers dramatic views that stretch from Jostedalsbreen National Park to the waters of Geirangerfjord.

Molde is located 500 kilometres from Oslo and is part of the Romsdale region. Molde area is known for the serpentine Trollstigen Mountain Road, the Atlantic Road, an 8-kilometre long stretch of road between the towns of Kristiansund and Molde, Molde Jazz Festival and the 222 mountain peaks that offer exceptional vistas for photographers to capture. Walk around the main city streets and visit Molde's Cathedral with its free standing bell tower, go for a hike, explore the local caves, take a kayak tour at Moldefjord or stay in town and enjoy excellent shopping and dining.

Centrally located at the head of Aurlandsfjord, the-17-kms-long tributary of the 204-km-long and up to 1308-m-deep Sognefjord, Flåm is surrounded by snowcapped mountains, isolated farmsteads and waterfalls and offers some of the most popular attractions in Norway, the famous Flåmsbana – the Flåm Railway- which is widely recognized as one of the steepest and most beautiful railways in the world. One of the most dramatic train rides in Europe, the Flåmsbanen takes an hour to cover 12 miles, hugging cliffs, plunging through tunnels and pausing for its passengers to admire the views as it ascends the Flåm Valley to a desolate mountain plateau. Kjosfossen is the waterfall highlight of the Flam Railway. Flåm is also home of the spectacular Nærøyfjord, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
