° For all bookings already confirmed on cruises with departure date until end of March 2021 , Guests will be allowed to move / cancel their reservation within 31 October 2020.  No cancellation fees will be applied until 48 hours before departure!

° All Guests who have not used the “Cruising Together” voucher, can book a cruise at the same price of the one canceled in 2020! The promotion is valid only for reservations made within next 28/2/2021!

If you have booked before 30 June, you will have up to 48 hours before the departure date to cancel and defer your holiday until a later date, and even another destination of your choice.

In the event of cancellation, all sums committed for the cruise portion and paid to Costa will be converted into a voucher/ future cruise credit which you can use for a new cruise, to be booked within 12 months of the issue date of the voucher, with a departure by 30 November 2021 at the latest.

This new policy applies to all rates.

In the event of cancellation/ postponement of a booking confirmed before 31/07/2020, Costa will issue a voucher/future cruise credit of a value equivalent to the total price of the cruise initially booked with Costa, net of commission. This voucher, issued by Costa Cruises, will be sent to the Travel Agency that placed the booking, and made out in the name of the traveller whose name appears on the booking.

The voucher will be valid exclusively for booking a cruise listed in our schedule; the booking is to be made within the 12 months following the issue date of the voucher, and with a final deadline of 30 November 2021.

It will be usable only by the named beneficiary/holder, and will therefore under no circumstances be transferable to a third party. It may be combined with catalogue offers and other promotions applicable at the time of reservation. Only in cases where several cabins are booked, and subject to the agreement of all adult travellers, it will be possible to divide the original voucher into multiple vouchers, one per cabin, in the name of the main passenger for each cabin.

At the time the voucher is issued, Costa Cruises will assign a credit value to the voucher for the amount shown on that voucher, equal to the sums actually paid to Costa Cruises, in respect of the sea travel portion.

The cruise booking and payment terms between the end customer and the Travel Agency, and between the Travel Agency and Costa Cruises, remain unchanged, and therefore the choice of a new cruise must be made within 12 months of the date of cancellation.

In order to protect the traveller against any risk of insolvency on the part of the organiser and/or the seller, the usual provisions as stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the provisions of the Tourism Code, remain applicable, under the terms of which the insurance and Financial Guarantee companies, which stand guarantor respectively for the organiser and the retailer, will each provide cover for the traveller within the scope of their respective responsibilities.

THE CRUISE

DAY ARRIVAL DEPARTURE
Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy - 19:00

Our gateway to the Eternal City, Civitavecchia has served as Rome's seaport since the 13th century, boasting a long and venerable history. Its location near the modern city, made it a perfect vacation resort for emperor Trajan, who built a pleasure villa. while Bernini and Michelangelo designed the harbor fortifications. Yet the Eternal City, the ancient capital of the Western World and the center of Christianity for nearly 2.000 years, is our main reason to be here. YYou can visit the ruins of the Forum and the Colosseum, throw a coin in Fontana di Trevi to make sure you return to Rome one day, take a photo in front of the Vatican, view the splendors of the Sistine Chapel or climb the Spanish Steps, once the heart of Rome's Bohemian Quarter and enjoy a delicious gelato, in the glamorous area.

La Spezia, Italy 07:30 18:00

La Spezia is a city of Liguria in northern Italy. Located at the top of the Gulf of La Spezia, it is an important commercial port and base of the Italian Navy. It is also the getway to Florence and Piza

Marseille (Provence), France 10:00 20:00

Marseille is the largest port on the Mediterranean, France's second largest city and a virtual melting pot of peoples and cultures. It is a unique city with a feel and culture all its own. It is also a place of striking contrasts, from the fishing boats of the picturesque Vieux Port to the modern Canebiere. Dominating the harbor is the infamous Chateau d'If, the rocky prison from which Alexandre Dumas' "Count of Monte Cristo" escaped. If you have time, explore the countryside around Arles and Avignon, immortalized in the canvases of Van Gogh, Cezanne, Matisse and Picasso, try the renowned bouillabaisse or tour the lovely towns and vineyards of Provence.

Barcelona, Spain 08:00 18:00

Barcelona is one of the world's greatest treasures, a global capital of commerce, fashion, culture and sunshine. Cruise visitors should start with a walk down Las Ramblas, the glorious tree-shaded thoroughfare at the heart of the city, enjoy a dive in the wonderful beaches nearby, but, most of all, see what visionary architect Antoni Gaudi wrought. Seven of his creations have been honored as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including La Sagrada Familia, the Park Guell and Casa Mila. Time provided, you can also visit the former Olympic Ring on the hill of Montjuic, home to world-class parks, fountains and museums. Barcelona, which nurtured such artistic giants as Picasso, Dali, Miro and Casals, is definitely a traveler's paradise.

At Sea --

Fun Day at Sea

Cagliari, Italy 07:00 18:00

Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, spreads on a hillside overlooking the aptly named Gulf of Angels. Visit the old Castello Quarter, with the narrow and shaded streets and the old buildings, or enjoy the wide and expansive beaches of Sardinia, basking in the Mediterranean sun. All over the island, there are traces of ancient settlements, such as neolithic ruins at Nora; Phoenician, Cathaginian and Roman relics near Cagliari; and Arab, Genoese and Iberian heritage evident in architecture dating back to the Middle Ages.

Palermo, Italy 08:00 16:00

Palermo, capital of Sicily, is situated right by the Gulf of Palermo in the Tyrrhenian Sea. Traces of Roman, Arab and Norman influences mix here, in a city that is over 2.700 years old. The highlights of Palermo, which is noted for its history, culture, architecture and gastronomy, are Palazzo dei Normanni, one of the most beautiful Italian palaces and a notable example of Norman architecture with its golden Byzantine mosaics, the Cathedral with the heliometer (solar "observatory") of 1690, Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio (St Mary of the Admiral), San Giovanni degli Eremiti (12th century), Palazzo Abatellis with the Regional Gallery, the Regional
Archeological Museum Antonio Salinas, the neoclassic Teatro Massimo ("Greatest Theatre",1897) and many
small piazzas that depict the city's historic past.
