All prices are per-person, based on a double occupancy of the stateroom and are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. The cruise fares quoted also do not include any applicable government taxes, fees, or surcharges that may be assessed by any governmental agencies. Such assessment is subject to change without notice at any time whether or not you have a confirmed booking under deposit or if you have made a final payment.


  • In order to complete the booking, and according to the company policy, it is necessary for you to provide full details of all participants (Full Name, Date and Place of Birth) as they are shown on your Passport(s)/ID(s) (depending on the cruise type you have selected). It is also necessary to provide an Emergency Contact (friend or relative) and full contact details (Full name, Phone Number Mobile/Landline) of this person.
  • A valid passport is required for this cruise and visa (please check for Visa).
  • In order to confirm a booking a 30% deposit is require of the booking total. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure date. Any booking made in the period of less than 30 days full payment of the booking is required.
  • You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and for complying with Customs and Immigration requirements. Guest without proper travel documents will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of cruise fare will be given to any guest failing to bring such documentation.
  • In order to avoid problems at departure, we kindly ask you to carefully check the validity of your documents and to be in possession of what is required for the cruise. If any guest does not possess the required documentation they will be denied boarding their flight/cruise and cancellation penalties will be applied.


The gratuity is automatically added to each guest's SeaPass® account on a daily basis. In the unlikely event that a guest onboard being charged the daily automatic gratuity does not receive satisfactory service, the guest may request to modify the daily amount at their discretion by visiting Guest Services during their cruise. Guests who have elected to prepay gratuities will not see a daily charge during their cruise. Any modifications or adjustments to your gratuities are required to be requested before you depart your cruise.

Cancellation Policy

For 1 to 4 night cruises

  • 75 or more days before departure: No charge
  • 74–61 days before departure: 50% of total price
  • 60–31 days before departure: 75% of total price
  • 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total price

For 5 nights or longer cruises

  • 75 or more days before departure: No charge
  • 74–61 days before departure: 50% of total price
  • 60–31 days before departure: 75% of total price
  • 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total price

You will get a full refund if you notify us at least 75 days prior to your sailing date (60 days for 3 & 4-night cruises or 90 days for holiday sailings). Consult the chart below to determine cancellation charges applicable later. Note: No refunds will be made if you do not show up for your cruise or if you interrupt or cancel your vacation once it has begun. When calculating the days prior to sailing, the day of sailing should not be considered as one of the days. The day of sailing is considered the first day of the cruise, therefore, the penalty period will commence one day prior to the day of sailing. The cancellation policy applies when reserving with our US Office only.
