We have extended our Peace of Mind policy so that guests can take comfort in knowing that any new and current individual bookings for sailings embarking from June 29, 2020 through and including August 31, 2020 can be changed without incurring cancellation fees up to 7 days before sailing date, and any new and current individual bookings for sailings embarking from September 1, 2020 through and including December 31, 2020 can be changed without incurring cancellation fees up to 30 days before sailing date. For any cancelled booking within the stated time frames, you will receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit that can then be applied towards a future 2020, 2021 or 2022 cruise.

We hope the combination of our Sale Fares and low deposits for new bookings of USD/GBP/EUR/AUD/NZD 50.00 per stateroom, and our updated Peace of Mind policy will help those who continue to travel but are concerned their plans may change.

How Peace of Mind works:

For new and current individual bookings for sailings embarking from June 29, 2020 through and including August 31, 2020

• Guests will be able to cancel up to 7 days prior to sailing and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit for any monies paid to Celestyal Cruises.
• Notification must be received by us no later than 7 days prior to sailing date.
• Guests will have until the end of December 2022 to use their Future Cruise Credit against any of our itineraries.
• Future Cruise Credit is redeemable towards the total booking value of the new cruise.
• One Future Cruise Credit per booking and valid only for the persons noted on the Future Cruise Credit.
• The Future Cruise Credit may only be used toward the total booking value of one booking and in the same currency in which the initial cruise was originally paid.
• The booking guest is responsible for payment of the difference between the amount of the Future Cruise Credit and the amount of the new booking.
• If credit is applied to a booking of a lesser value, the difference will be applied as a non-refundable Onboard Credit with a maximum of 200EUR per stateroom OR to be issued as a new supplemental Future Cruise Credit.
• As are all requests for reservations, the offered space is subject to availability.
• The value of the Future Cruise Credit is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
• Future Cruise Credit is combinable with any other promotional offer.
